Description:

Our well established growing private sector client is looking for people who have software deployment experience working directly with external customers. This requires someone with experience in managing multiple customer installations. You will be an integral part of the Professional Services team strengthening customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- To manage 10+ concurrent customer projects (installations)
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- To multitask with minimal supervision
- Provide guidance and to be an internal champion to the team
- Demonstrate strong problem solving and interpersonal skills

Background:

- 5 years of similar experience including external deployments
- Solid experience in Customer Service, Enterprise deployments and managing many concurrent projects
- Good understanding of creating workflows, configurations and best practices
- University Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Business is preferred or comparable education and work experience
