Description:
Our growing private sector client is looking for a Sales Engineer that will be responsible for qualifying and closing business opportunities. We are looking for someone that enjoys developing relationships with customers to help them address their current and future needs. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the optical measurement industry.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and work with the CEO in closing sales
- Develop Account plans and sales forecasting reports
- Utilize strong relationship building skills with customers in qualifying future opportunities
- Conduct technical demonstrations
- Travel to customer sites – approximately 35%
Background:
- Technical sales experience
- Strong understanding of lighting Physics
- Strong interpersonal and proven track record in building trust
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Physics
