Description:

Our government client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.  You will be responsible for identifying IT solutions and programs that will increase internal productivity by interviewing executive stakeholders and subject matter experts.  You will be a proven self starter with strong business acumen to help internal users become more productive.

Responsibilities:

• Interview executive stakeholders
• Utilize business analysis skills in order to help make effective decisions
• Identify and build new internal models to increase productivity and training programs
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• To multitask with minimal supervision

Background:

• Experience conducting needs analysis with senior executives
• Experience developing technical training programs
• Experience establishing, documenting and optimizing processes and workflows
• PMP and ITIL Certified is preferred
• Post secondary education
• Secret Security Clearance
