We find the people they need — when they need them. As a Client Service Associate you will assist in identifying and screening potential candidates for specific positions. Candidates who apply for our positions are your clients.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the President, the Client Service Associate will:
- Carry out candidate focused online research and use social networking tools to post employment opportunities
- Review resumes to select potential candidates and manage the hiring process
- Quickly contact candidates, conduct telephone interviews and collate and present interview results to the hiring team
- Immediately develop relationships and trust with candidates
- Input the candidate information into the CRM
- Ensure that candidates are treated with respect
- Always represent Capital Ridge Associates in a professional manner
Background:

- A University Degree in a technical discipline is essential
