Paul Dogra, the founder of Capital Ridge Associates Inc., leads the company’s operations.  He manages all corporate functions including partnerships, finance, technology, human resources, marketing, business development and negotiation of all large contracts.

Prior to establishing Capital Ridge, Paul Dogra spent 15 years in various leadership functions within the industries of Financial and Technology Professional Services. He has honed his skills and developed his service expertise in Toronto, Calgary and Ottawa.   His instinct for building high caliber performance teams with minimal turnover garnered him the reputation of being able to quickly identify and distinguish talented candidates.

From start-up to multinational companies, Paul has recruited for a wide spectrum of enterprises.  He understands that in today’s global economy, you need to attract the best candidates in order to grow your business.

Throughout his recruiting experience, Paul has worked on many strategic searches taking a focused and targeted approach to identifying qualified candidates.  He has conducted these types of searches at the Board, Executive, managerial and operational levels.  He has also done this in a number of disciplines including financial, technical, operations and sales.

With a Bachelors degree from York University, Paul majored in Economics and has completed the first phase of the Professional Financial Planners course and his Canadian Securities Course.

Additional completed course subjects include: Credit Underwriting, Risk Mitigation, Interviewing Best Practices, Behavioural Interviewing, Franklin Covey Time Management, Managing Change in the Workplace, Management and Organizational Leadership and Development.

Paul is committed to supporting the local community and involves himself in much charity work.   He served as a board member for a not-for–profit women’s shelter and was also a founding member of an endowment fund for ovarian cancer.  In addition, he was on the Board of Directors and adjudicated an environmental program that funds local green initiatives.
